All pendants are sent with a free cord unless a preferred cord or chain has been purchased with it.
All items are sent by second class Royal Mail.
A tracking code for your parcel will be emailed to you.
Items are sent within three days of payment received.
Second class items may take between 3 and 7 working days to deliver, this may be longer during December or covid outbreaks.
The Royal Mail is responsible for any delays in delivery or damage while the parcel is in transit.
International customers are welcome, however they will be responsible for paying the appropriate postal fee.
International postage will be standard DPD or Royal Mail unless requested otherwise.
A tracking code will be emailed following the dispatch of the order.
Please be aware that international postage can take up to 20 days for delivery and longer if the postal services are stretched.

International customers may have to pay their country or EU customs office an additional duty/tax on their parcel.
Customs forms for international postage will show the value of the item within the parcel, this is a legal obligation and delays in the customs processing will ensue if this requirement is not met.
Customs can open, check and control packages.
If the order is a gift going directly to the gift recipient, the package can be labelled as "gift" but the price of the item must still be shown on the parcel's customs form.
Returns are accepted up to 14 days after receipt. Please email info@theotherrealm.co.uk as soon as possible to let me know.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent out, and re-packaged carefully in order to arrive back in the same condition in which they were sent.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds will be paid within three days of receipt of the returned item.
If your item has arrived damaged, or if there is a problem with the order, please get in touch as soon as possible.
International customers are advised that a customs declaration must be included on the return packaging and the item marked as "Returned Goods". If this is omitted by the customer and VAT is requested by the UK customs office this fee may be deducted from any refund.
